Shipping & Delivery

We want your order to arrive as quickly and as safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

 

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping applies to all Australian orders over $200. Free shipping does not apply to international orders, trade orders, or orders exceeding 5kg.

Bulky Items

Orders exceeding 5kg are classified as bulky and will be charged at $24.95 regardless of order value.

Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location. Orders to WA and remote areas may take longer than the estimated timeframe. For more accurate delivery estimates please visit auspost.com.au.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You will also receive Australia Post email and text updates on your parcel's progress. You can track your order at auspost.com.au.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you have provided an incorrect address please contact us immediately at hello@lillanorden.com.au. If your order has already been dispatched we will endeavour to redirect it with Australia Post, however this is not always possible.

Return to Sender

Lilla Norden does not take responsibility for parcels returned to sender due to an incorrect address or uncollected parcels. If a parcel is returned to us, reshipment costs will be at the customer's expense.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping will be available soon.
